Need Help Adding Your M3U Playlist?
Get personal help adding your M3U playlist to a supported app through its Device ID. Troubleshoot setup and contact Aura Players Hub on WhatsApp.
Your Playlist, Inside Your Player
An M3U playlist tells a media player where to find the content you are authorised to access. The player is the viewing app; the playlist and any content subscription are separate.
Paying to activate a player does not automatically fill its library. You need a working playlist and it must be configured for the selected app. If you need help understanding your available content options, discuss them with us before ordering.
Before You Contact Us
Open the player on the device you want to use. Find the app name and Device ID in its activation, account or settings area. Copy them exactly, including any letters or punctuation displayed.
Tell us whether you cannot add a playlist, see an empty library, or have a playback issue. A short description of what happens is more useful than repeatedly reinstalling the app.
- The exact player app name.
- The Device ID shown inside that app.
- Your device type and the error or behaviour you see.
- Whether the playlist has worked previously.
- Your activation payment reference, if the question concerns a paid order.
How Remote Playlist Assistance Works
For supported apps, we can assist with adding or configuring your authorised M3U playlist through the player management tools linked to its Device ID. You do not need to arrange remote desktop access to your television.
Contact us first so we can confirm the correct app and device. If playlist information is needed, share it only in the private support conversation. Playlist links can contain private access information, so do not post them publicly.
What We Can Help Resolve
We can help identify a mismatch between an app and Device ID, an incorrectly copied playlist link, and common configuration problems. We can also help distinguish a player activation issue from a content access issue.
Avoid clearing app data, reinstalling or switching devices before asking for help with an existing activation. Those actions can change settings or affect which installation you are trying to activate.
When Your Content Supplier Needs to Help
A content supplier controls its own subscriptions, servers and available streams. If a playlist has expired, access has been disabled or the supplier has an outage, changing player settings cannot restore that service.
We will help you understand what appears to be wrong and what information to provide. We cannot guarantee the availability, licensing or performance of a separately supplied content service.
Get Help on WhatsApp
Send us your app name, Device ID and a brief description of the problem. We can guide you towards the next useful step without making you repeat the entire activation process.
